01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the k666game platform — including the website at k666game.biz, any associated mobile web application, and any games or betting markets hosted thereon — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and k666game (the operator). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms are written in English and the English version governs in all cases. k666game may provide translated summaries of key terms as a courtesy but such translations do not carry legal force. The definitive terms are those set out here.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

03 Account Registration

• The minimum deposit on k666game is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender is not the same person as the k666game account holder — are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• k666game does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply fees independently, and k666game is not responsible for those charges.
• Deposited funds become available for gameplay immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. k666game processes JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits in real time, while bank transfers may require up to two hours during non-business periods.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gameplay on k666game. Any attempt to use the platform as a payment processing mechanism — depositing funds without genuine gambling intent and then withdrawing them — constitutes misuse and will result in account suspension.

05 Withdrawals

k666game is committed to processing withdrawals quickly. The following rules govern all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There are no k666game fees on withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the k666game account. k666game will reject any withdrawal request where the destination account name does not match the account holder name.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to 2 hours during normal business hours.
• k666game reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is standard anti-fraud procedure. Players are advised to complete verification promptly to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals from funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements (in the case of bonus funds) will be declined, and the pending withdrawal request cancelled. The player will be notified by email or SMS.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 15× the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games and live casino games may contribute less or not at all for specific bonus types. The contribution rates are published in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the account without compensation.

• Promotional codes: Where a promotional code is required to claim an offer, it must be entered during the deposit process. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively after a deposit has been made.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on k666game. Additional game-specific rules are published within each individual game and sports market on the platform.

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player. k666game may void a bet at its discretion in cases of manifest error, technical fault, or suspicious betting patterns.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended before the relevant market settles, bets will be settled according to the rules published in the sports betting section. In most cases, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned.
• k666game reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual bet or series of bets placed by any player at its sole discretion. This is typically applied where betting patterns suggest potential exploitation of odds errors.
• For live in-play betting, odds may be suspended at any time during an event at k666game's discretion. Bets placed before the odds were suspended will stand. Bets placed after suspension will be void.
• k666game publishes odds and game outcomes in good faith based on data from certified providers. In the event of a clear and manifest error in published odds or game outcomes, k666game reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected bets at the correct terms.
• The RNG software used in k666game's digital games is independently certified. Live casino games use real physical equipment. k666game does not manipulate game outcomes and is bound by its RNG certification obligations.

08 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

k666game is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Use of automated software (bots): Any use of software, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, spin slots, or interact with games in a manner that substitutes or supplements genuine human gameplay.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or error in the k666game platform, game software, or payment system to obtain credits, winnings, or other advantages not intended by the design of the game.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain a strategic advantage in multiplayer games, including Teen Patti, Poker variants, and live casino tables.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets on sports events using information not available to the general public, including information about match-fixing arrangements, player injuries, or other non-public material events.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

k666game may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Verified breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe after a request is made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months where the account balance is below Rs 100. Players are notified by SMS before an inactive account is closed.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected terms violation, you may contact k666game support to request a review. Accounts confirmed as in breach of these Terms will not be reinstated and remaining real-money balances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Bonus balances are not returned in cases of confirmed terms violations.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game session that interrupts a round in progress, k666game's liability is limited to returning the stake placed on the interrupted round to the player's account balance.
• Nothing in these Terms limits k666game's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by k666game's negligence.

The k666game platform is provided on an "as available" basis. k666game does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times but commits to communicating planned maintenance in advance and resolving unplanned outages as quickly as reasonably possible.

14 Amendments to Terms
